Leviticus 27:10-12

¹⁰ He should not exchange it, a good one for a bad one or a bad one for a good one. If he should substitute one animal for another, then both the original and the substitution become holy. ¹¹ If it is an unclean animal, one that a person cannot offer to the Lord, then he will bring the animal before the priest ¹² and the priest will determine whether it is good or bad and the priest will give an estimation of its value. This is how it will be established.
